Hey everyone,
We wanted to take a moment to share an update on our beloved Ms. Verna. Despite all the challenges that have come her way, she remains the same amazing, inspiring, and loving teacher and mother that we all know and cherish.
Two weeks ago, Ms. Verna was hit with COVID-19, which was especially tough given her health condition. But we are happy and grateful to share that after 12 long days, she has now tested negative and is on the mend!
Edge 'n Pointe is also busy in full swing preparing for our 10 year anniversary show, Cinderella and more, to be performed in mid June. Even with everything she has been going through, Ms. Verna came to watch our rehearsal on Sunday night and brought so much joy and energy to our dancers. We were all overjoyed to see her smiling face and hear her infectious laughter.

Ms. Verna will undergo her next chemo treatment in early June. We are asking for your good vibes and positive thoughts, as we know it can be a difficult journey. But we are hopeful that she will be able to join us in the audience for the show later in the month, and we cannot wait to see her there!
We are so thankful for the love and support that Ms. Verna and Mr. Marvin have received from all of you during this challenging time. We truly feel like a family, and we could not do it without you.
Let us remember that even in the face of adversity, God is a miracle worker. We are confident that with your prayers and positive energy, Ms. Verna will continue to defy the odds and win this battle against cancer.
